IPEX 09 (12th - 15th March 09 )

I got my 1st project from a well-known Golf Resort in Kota Kinabalu who intended to enhance their public awareness and to promote their new promo. This is what I suggested to them

 1) To Participate in IPEX '09 ( International Property Exhibition, 12th - 15th March 2009)

2) To hold an activity at IPEX ( to create differential factor and as a public magnet)

3) To hold a lucky draw contest ( to capture customer details/database)

With less than a month dateline, I need to work fast on this..

I went to the organizers (PAM Centre) office at luyang, and manage to get into the exhibition at an extraordinary booth prize. Then straight away had a meeting with my client. During the meeting, I put my suggestion of holding a Golf Putting Contest at the expo, some take it wisely but some take it as a joke. It is clear that I will be representing their company name while on this project, but to me, at the end of the day, there's no point if you are paying so much money to join this sort of expo and do something that u had been all this while (distributing fliers) without spending to much. Im seriously in taking this idea to life, so I draft my putting board design and the price breakdown for this sort of activity including the lucky draw contest that will enable me to get interested customer's detail for future marketing use.

2nd meeting... After presenting to them and explaining why my idea will work, a majority of them finally agreed. To start things of, I send my putting board design to the carpenter and started to work on my marketing plan for the expo. Time flies very fast....

So here's just a few photo of the event..

Thank You Datuk Cosmas J. Abah

At the end of the day, we manage to distribute all fliers, collected valuable customer database and most of all, are the smile and happiness shown by each and everyone of the customer who patronize our premise...

Executive Summary...
The event was a success. Thanks to all that involved in making this project happen.
